What we collect on this site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who we are
RTD (Refrigerated Trailer Direct) is a DBA of Total Trailer Solutions LLC, 401 Industrial Dr, Wapakoneta, OH 45895. You can reach us any time at sales@refrigeratedtrailerdirect.com.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we collect what you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, state and zip code, the model you are interested in, what you are keeping cold, and any message you include. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence.
We also record how you first reached this site: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign or advertising click identifiers in the link you followed. That information is kept in your browser until you send a quote request, and it goes with the request so we know which marketing brought you here.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare your quote, and follow up about it by email or phone. Quote requests are worked in our own customer records system, operated by Total Trailer Solutions LLC. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics
This site uses two analytics services to understand how visitors use it and to improve it:
- Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to measure visits and page views. Google describes its practices in the Google Privacy Policy, and offers a browser opt-out add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, to produce heatmaps and session replays. Microsoft describes its practices in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can also limit or block cookies for this site in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them to serve you and to maintain ordinary business records.
Your choices
Email sales@refrigeratedtrailerdirect.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will respond to every reasonable request.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
